The Noble Qur'an is the clear book of God, and its enduring miracle, God sent it down to guide people, and in every verse of the Qur'an there is a divine guidance for all of humanity, and they are general gifts.

The methods of the Qur'an in explaining these gifts varied, and for this reason, I found it important to discuss some of them, which are those related to practical legal rulings; In order for the Noble Qur'an to remain a constitution upon which the goodness of the nation is based, it was necessary to study this topic in a sober scientific research; It deals with this topic, so I wrote a research in it and divided it into an introduction, a preface, four sections, and a conclusion.
