Abstract EN

This study reveals the concept of discretionary discretion, its legality, and the evidence for that, and what is meant by the money that is treasured with it.

It is also concerned with explaining the reality of discretionary punishment with money and that “taking money, changing it or destroying it by the ruler is a punishment for the perpetrator.

” A discretionary discretion by destroying money, discretionary discretion by changing money, and discretionary discretion by taking money.

The study meant showing what is subject to agreement and what is disputed from these sections, and the statements of scholars and their evidence, and discussing what needs discussion and weighting.

I concluded the study with a statement showing some facts and events in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that had been applied in those courts with the principle of discretionary money, mentioning the case summary and the judgment summary with a brief comment on the verdict.
