The aim of the research: To clarify the jurisprudential ruling in the case of the fiancée's conversation through modern means of communication.

Approach: The inductive, descriptive, and analytical method was used in the research.

The research began with an introduction in which the importance, objectives, and problem of the research were clarified, then previous studies on that subject, then the research was divided into three sections: The second topic was devoted to the jurisprudential conditioning of that calamity, and included two demands, the first: the jurisprudential adaptation of the visual conversation through modern means of communication, and the second: the jurisprudential conditioning of the audio and written conversation through modern means of communication, and the third topic was devoted to the ruling of the fiancée's conversation through the means of communication.
