Rumors are considered one of the phenomena that humanity experienced since ancient times especially in times of war and crisis, social networks have contributed to the spread of electronic rumors, it has been observed recently the spread of rumors and their speed of circulation among members of the community through social networks as a result of the easy republishing of content and the speed of sending it to a large number of people in a short time and in the absence of the correct information and news on the issue of interest to society, as well as the lack of restrictions on the circulation of information with the lack of clarity on the legal responsibility of publishing through these means this led to it's misuse by malicious souls and terrorist groups to provoke panic and sedition in society and damage the national security of the country.
