The continuous technical and technological development that has occurred in the means of publishing and circulating works has played an effective role in the emergence of a virtual or digital world parallel to the traditional world, which has created digital works that are answered without any doubt by literary rights, but on the other hand, we find that this digital world or the so-called digital environment it has resulted in a major conflict between several parties, namely the authors on the one hand, and the beneficiaries of publishers, distributors, and readers from surfers of works via digital technologies on the other hand, a conflict that had a prominent impact on the legal existence of the author's moral right.

the large financial investments made by financiers and capital owners in the preparation and creativity of digital works contributed to deepening the conflict, creating many restrictions on the powers and advantages granted by the literary right to the author.
