Abstract EN

The commercial procuration plays an important role in the growth of the national economy due to the significant impact of representative merchants.

They contribute and participate by expanding the realm of investment and trading activities all around the world in the way of representing producers, sellers and manufacturers in many countries.

Therefore, they helped to increase production and economic growth.

Thus, the Iraqi legislator has strived to develop its legal systems in a manner would comply with the influenced developments around the world by issuing the Commercial Procuration Regulation No.

(79), 2017 in order to manage and manipulating the representative merchants deals.

In the above mentioned low, the Iraqi legislator has introduced a number of new principles as a participating for developing the legislative environment by which they would run commercial procuration.

Accordingly, this study deals with the legal status of representative merchants in perspective view of the live applied law to explain the most important fundamentals that legislators impose to do in order to effectively implement commercial procuration rules.
