The Algerian legislator has stipulated, through Article 35 of Law No.

18/18 dated on 12/27/2018, which includes the Finance Law for the year 2019 the creation of a new article within the order 74/75 dated on 11/12/1975 including the preparation of the general land survey and the establishment of the real estate registry, it is the Article 16 bis that relates to the publicity of lawsuits and their effects.

And because the Algerian legislator has assigned the advertising process to the real estate governorate supervised by the real estate portfolios, this latter is obligated to control the real estate lawsuits deposited for publicity as well as the judicial rulings related to them, through their subject, form, method of deposition and publicity, and the declaration of the judicial rulings related to them, Thus protecting the holders of potential real rights in the event of issuing a court rulings in their favor.
