The phenomenon of corruption is one of the most complex and dangerous social phenomena that countries and societies suffer from, so that this phenomenon in all its forms produces a demolished community system from the inside whose repercussions reach a threat to the entity of the state, as the later becomes an economic, social, political and value failure, which opens the way for the spread of chaos and political and social violence, social injustice and a decline in the values of citizenship, wich leads to the commapse of the social contract and exposes it to the risk of division, and response to such dangerous scenario, counteries have worked to develop legal regulatory systems that sddress the phenomenon of corruption, as an ideal way for the state's continuity nd the success of its sustainable development projects, and perhaps one the most promined mechanisms the one adopted by developed counteries, on top of which is the promotio of the values of citizenship in their sicieties, which gives the latter the ability to from a citizen capable of helping the state confront the phenomenon of corruption, and it also enchances the climate of transparency and raises the levels of democratic practice that preserves the state's capabilities and achieves its societal security.
