The rapid development of information technology has led to the emergence of electronic and digital solutions in the field of interactive education.

One of the solutions that facilitated the process of interaction in the educational process is the Ipad, which is a qualitative and cognitive shift in interactive learning.

This study aims at using the Ipad technology in achieving artistic values in the decorative design of the Department of Art Education in the State of Kuwait.

The problem of this study is to investigate the feasibility of using tablet computer applications (Ipad) for students of art and design.

This study reviews the concept of the Ipad in education from its inception to its characteristics and its most important features and to identify the most important applications it offers in the field of decorative design.

The study used the experimental analytical method and proved that the use of the Ipad in the field of education has helped to develop the students' skills in the use of technology and communication, and has contributed to increase the motivation, interaction and classroom participation of students.
