Abstract EN

This study aims evaluate Algeria's experience in the field of corporate governance; by studying some international (French; American and Egyptian) experiences; in order to identify the deficiencies; in corporate governance practices in Algeria.

This study concluded that the culture of corporate governance must be cultivated in the business environment in a manner consistent with the characteristics of Algeria companies, as well as reformulating the legal and regulatory framework and making compliance with the principles of government compulsory (Board of directors, senior management, internal and external audit and audit committee).
