Development through its various stages has contributed to advancing economic growth and raising the standard of living for individuals and societies, but in return it has produced a world that suffers from various crises, especially the environmental crisis and the required balance.

The Rio Conference came in 1992 to enshrine the principle of concern for the environment and to define a set of indicators and goals related to sustainable development that everyone is committed to as an integrated community process, as well as the strategies to be followed and adopted to achieve sustainable development goals.

It is the focus of any development process, which requires the temporal dimension and the needs of individuals, and takes into account the importance of resources and the future of the coming societies in order to achieve the desired balance.

For this purpose, it is assumed that the strategy for implementing the comprehensive development policies adopted by the state and in which all actors contribute and embraced by society in its various orientations.
