Abstract EN

There are many political literature that dealt with the concept of leadership and the relationship between leadership especially political leadership, and many other concepts, mainly the concept of political stability, this study focuses on the determinants of the role of leadership in the process of political stability, so that the leadership has a set of clear objectives stemming from understanding the nature of society and its requirements for political stability.

This will not be achieved without a leader determined to meet the needs of his community, who is consciously and flexible in dealing with external developments and influences and internal variables, and is able to cope with what hinders political stability in the country.

In this study, we will highlight Brazil and Rwanda as an interesting example.
