Summary: Jurisprudence is one of the most prominent fields of jurisprudence that scholars have been concerned with in the past, as it is considered one of the fertile jurisprudential investigations that have not received ample attention by modern scholars, despite the importance and novelty of this study.

And because it represents an approximation of the science of jurisprudence and the collection of its scattered branches, and facilitate it to its students, by limiting the similar images under a single jurisprudential origin.

These jurisprudential principles have spread in the books of comparative jurisprudence in general, and according to the Hanbalis in particular on their various books, especially those books that are relied upon in the Hanbali school of thought, and among these books that are rich in these principles is the book "Kashif Al-Qaa 'on the body of persuasion" by Al-Bhouti Which the late Hanbalis cared a lot.
