The civil rule law as a branch of Moroccan law is considered a procedural law represented in a set of procedures and formalities that must be followed in order to require rights, beginning with resorting to the judiciary and ending with the issuance and implementation of the judgment, which includes a group of institutions of utmost importance that contribute to tracking litigation and establishing the constitutionally guaranteed right of defense, At its head, we find the Institution as an established mechanism devoted to the protection of litigants and ensures the normal course of the case by activating and respecting all its legal requirements.

Reporting is considered an essential procedure in the judicial procedures, as it informs others of the existence of an ongoing dispute against him, and this is a reason for preparing his defense means.

Therefore, we will talk in this scientific article about the legal foundations of this institution, and the extent of its devotion to judicial security and ensuring the rights of litigants.
