The world is witnessing rapid economic developments, which necessitated the introduction of new development mechanisms, the most important of which is "partnership", to adopt this mechanism in Algeria.

one focused on it as one of the most common topics, especially in the field of industry, and this leads us to question the role played by partnership in the development of this sector, which make the aim to identify more the latter as new method of conducting investment projects in the industrial sector, and then, conclude at the end that the diversifying of development strategies would strengthen the immune system of our economy making it more solid in the face of repercussions and impacts resulting from the signing of partnership agreement with the private sector, both domestic and foreign.

however, it is advisable to establish a clear legal framework governing this sector.
