the educational curriculum was beforehand designed for a stable world, but now the speed spread of changes, the explosion of knowledge and the technological development have produced complex problems that require open minds skilled to deal with them.

this is the duty of education that should raise individuals with efficient gifted attitudes to confront these new problems.

therefore, the teacher constitutes the most important element of education in order to contribute to achieving its goals, in addition to paying attention to the educational curricula.
