The study aims at approaching the Arabic Critical Poetic movement as an active factor that embarked on poetry theorizing and analyzing studies that endeavors to uncover and reveal the poetry’s aesthetic and literary components, and as such poetics made the top of the list as a supportive element to literary and poetic production.

Moreover, the concept of poetics has been a subject of intense controversy for literary critics, Arabs and Westerners, as their points of view radically differ in regard to agreeing on a specific definition which value resides in achieving the aim validating the aesthetics and literalism of texts, rising above the laziness of fabrication which is embodied in the works of the Algerian Poet Othman Loucif whose poetry presents a novel substance of life and fact.

In this paper, his Poem OrssAlbeida will be the subject of study and scrutiny to sort out the major figures and depictions deployed vis-à-vis poetics and persuasion.

Trying to answer the problem: What do we mean by poetic? Why is it active? How did the poet employ her? We sought to gain knowledge of the poet’s awareness and imagination in building his poetic image, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach.
