Abstract EN

This study، which is in the hands of the noble reader، deals with a casethat was a source of disagreement and controversy in the books of the wellknownscholar، Abi Mansoor al-Hasan ibn Yusuf ibn al-Mutahar al-Asadi، known as al-Alama al-Hilly (648-726 AH)The attempt to drive away what was attributed to him، may Allah havemercy on him، through tracking the principles that he adopted in his booksin relation to the subject of justice by the statement of its truth، and methodsof proving it، and associated with the narrator in terms of acceptinghis hadith or not.

The research topics are three that collectively give a oneresult and that is the al-Alama does not depend on the principle of justicein the consideration of the narration of those whose status is not known.
