Abstract EN

This article deals with the life of Sheikh Rukn Al-Din Ibn Muhrez Al-Wahrani Al-jazaeri, the owner of the great dream that was unique in this new prose type in Arabic literature.

He grew up in Oran and learned learned there, then he went on a journey in search of gain and improving status to Sicily, levant, and Baghdad to land in Egypt during the time of the Ayyubids.

Al-Wahrani, who was known as the Muhajir al-Muhajirib, was a unique phenomenon in Arabic literature during his reign through his approach to showing his linguistic, literary, and broad cultural abilities by relying on humor and irony in writing.

He wrote books, shrines, and dreams that distinguished him from his peers.
