This research came to stand on the correctness of what was known on the year some researchers, Imam Malik assets provide pretexts to the news, the base in the event of a conflict, and this through the study of the practical application of some Hadiths which reveals to us the truth of the doctrine of the Imam Malik in this matter.

and we have come through this research that this issue did not convey the Imam Malik proves it, but the DILIGENCE of some contemporary investigators through the compilation of the issues they saw that the owner of the Labor left a piece of group of its incompatibility with the origin of the pretexts.
