تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول الدور المتنامي الذي أصبحت تلعبه وسائل الاتصال الجديدة، في تعزيز الحريات، و ممارسة الحق في التعبير.
و على هذا الأساس قمنا بتحليل التعليقات التي نشرها مستخدمو صفحات تلفزيون "الشروق نيوز" بموقع "يوتيوب" خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 09 أفريل 2017 و 03 ماي 2017.
و باستخدام المنهج المسحي، و عن طرق التخليل النقدي لهذه التعليقات، توصلنا إلى أن معظم الخطابات المنتجة تتميز أغلبها بالتعصب و التشدد، مما يؤكد أن جماهير العالم الافتراضي تتسم بطبيعة انفعالية، إلا أنه لا يدفعها للتصرف بشكل عنيف في العالم الواقعي
Abstract EN
This study, focuses about the growing role played by new means of communication in the promotion of freedoms and the exercise of the right to expression.
We analyzed the comments published by the users of the pages of "El Shorouk News" TV on YouTube during the period between April 09, 2017 and May 03, 2017.
by using the survey method, and the analytical and critical methods of these comments, we find the discourses produced are characterized by intolerance and militancy, which confirms that the masses of the virtual world are emotional in nature, but it does not prompt them to act turbulently and violent in the real world.
