Abstract EN

This paper aimed at highlighting the literature review of internal work environment, also to recognize the existing Internal Work Environment (IWE) of Assalaya Factory.

The problem of the research revealed most of business organizations in the under developed countries they don't pay full attention on their IWE, which is motivating their employees to achieve their tasks properly as planned.

The researcher used the descriptive method, besides the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) for analyzing the data and information collected from the targeted sample.

The noteworthy findings revealed, the financial incentives are most effective than spiritual ones, because they contribute in improving employees performance, also the bad work environment leads employees to join other competitive organizations.

According to said findings the researcher has recommended using modern work tools and apparatuses in order to minimize work load, also to consider the factors of external environment at economic, political and governmental legalization aspects, likewise organizing continuous training to Assalaya employees for improving their performance.
