This Study aims to shed light on the advantages of Islamic sukuk and the role they play in revitalizing the securities market, as we dealt with the concept of Islamic sukuk, and then explaining their most important advantages for investors with financial surpluses and investment projects with a financial deficit, in addition to The advantages that these financial instruments provide to the securities markets and the extent of their contribution to revitalizing the market, and in the end, we touched upon the Malaysian model in this field.

This study concluded that Islamic sukuk is a real addition to the securities market, as it works to create a new channel for the entry of investors who have not previously participated in the securities market, and it gives greater flexibility to the parties participating in the market, both in terms of The financing structure for projects, or in terms of diversifying the Investor’s portfolio
