Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role that creativity and innovation can play as a strategic entry point for the development of manufacturing industries in Algeria through an initial attempt to lay the foundations that must be followed in line with their own conditions to get rid of the dependence of the extractive industry.

Ultimately, the functional role of this approach is to change the structure of manufacturing industries, and provide them with higher competitive capabilities and advantages that are able to compete internationally, and contribute to creating sustainable economic growth rates.
