This study examined how to optimize inventory planning with dynamic demand, this planning ensures that the required materials are available in the required quantity at the required time and at the lowest possible cost of inventory.

and by using heuristic (silver-meal) as one of the most important modern techniques used in solving the problems of dynamic programming of inventory, to find the optimal decision to determine the optimal size of the investment in the stock that lowers the total costs of the stock to its lowest level.

we found that the application of this heuristic in the enterprise under study (Luqman mills in Msila) has actually reduced the total costs of inventory by 31.2%, which in turn will positively reflect on the profitability of the institution, and determined the optimal plan for replenishing its stocks.
