And in front of the great increase and importance of protecting the human rights and fighting international crimes, it was our duty to search for the legal mechanisms and the ways to find and drop the international responsibilities on the brutal crimes of the French colonizer that lasts for more than a hundred and thirty two years, in which he committed the most cruel and ugliest violations, and so these violations are not described juts as inhumane and immoral, this acts must be criminalized and described as a crime, which can only be achieved only by the search of criminal organization for this acts among international conventions and treaaties.
