The societies has became currently a digital societies on the first degree because of data's technological development.

In addition at the time a new crimes has been appeared especially cyber crime which it is known by a particular characteristics like the way of committing and it is depending on data and the quickness of doing it.

However it must fight it so it should follow a particular investigation 's procedures in which these measures are agreeable with the nature of this new crime.

In this report our research is about investigation 's privacy in cyber crime.
