within the framework of the policy adopted in the field of housing, the state has made considerable efforts to implement housing in all its forms.

in order to put an end to the potential speculative operations at the expense of the national pillar, the disposal of the beneficiaries of these housing units was restricted during a certain period in accordance with specific controls so as not to empty the right of ownership of its essence.
