Electronic contracts of international character are the beacons of contractual relations common today, they have a wide-ranging globalized use space, and they are of a special nature and legal regulation different from traditional contracts, and in view of that the study indicated the legal framework governing electronic international contracts, in terms of the definition of traditional electronic contracts and then electronic international contracts, as well as international standards for those contracts, and the clarification of their own legal nature.

As indicated the pillars of the international contract and its distinctive characteristics, and from what the study summarized that the legal definitions of that contract still need to be reviewed, as those contracts do not have sufficient legal regulation in terms of dealing with them, they are either classified electronic contracts or international contracts, and therefore there must be a legislative consideration of those contracts in the law of electronic transactions and deferring regulation to it instead of being regulated by the general rules of contract transactions.
