تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان خطورة الجريمة الاقتصادية على الاقتصاد الوطني؛ خاصة في مجال الاستثمار الأجنبي باعتباره الدافع الأساسي لعجلة التنمية والبديل عن الصادرات، إذ تقاس وتيرة التقدم الاقتصادي للدول اليوم بمدى استقطابها لمختلف الاستثمارات بوصفها أحد المحاور الأساسية في التنمية الاقتصادية لأي دولة.
وعلى هذا الأساس تسعى مختلف الدول إلى تعزيز سوق الاستثمارات الأجنبية لزيادة قوتها الاقتصادية.
وإلى جانب ذلك كشفت هذه الدراسة تداعيات هذه الجرائم على مناخ الاستثمار؛ إذ أصبحت الجريمة الاقتصادية اليوم ذات مفاهيم وأبعاد غير تلك التي عرفت من قبل، فالتطور التكنولوجي والعولمة ساهما في بروز أشكال جد متطورة من الجرائم المالية تتماشى خطورتها الجرمية والتطور الحاصل في المجال الاقتصادي بوجه عام، فضلا عن الجرائم التقليدية التي برزت بشكل مستحدث على درجة عالية من الكفاءة الجرمية.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to illustrate the seriousness of economic crime for the national economy; in particular in the field of foreign investment as the main driver of development and the alternative to exports, the rate of economic progress of the states is today measured by the extent to which they attract various investments as one of the main axes of the economic development of a nation.
it is on this basis that various states seek to strengthen the foreign investment market in order to increase their economic power.
in addition, the study revealed the implications of these crimes for the investment climate; today, economic crime has become a concept and dimension other than what was previously known.
technological development and globalization have contributed to the emergence of highly sophisticated forms of financial crime, the gravity of which is compatible with crime and the overall development of the economic sphere, as well as the traditional crimes that have emerged in a very effective and criminal form.
