Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the factors that increase the territories' attractiveness.

They represent a part of the regional development policies aimed at developing innovative institutions, accompanying emerging institutions and strengthening the relationship between universities and scientific research centers on the one hand and institutions on the other.

The study relied on a survey by questionnaire that surveyed a sample of 47 local and foreign companies working in the technological pole in Casablanca in Morocco, on the aim to identify the most important factors that led to its success.

We have also conducted a SWOT analysis concerning Sidi Abdullah technopolis in Algeria.

The results of the study showed that the most important factors that affected the success of Casablanca's technological pole in attracting companies are the business climate and the macroeconomic factors, and the success of the technological pole Sidi Abdullah calls for a better urban planning.
