تأثير الرش بالبرولين و الري المتناوب في بعض مؤشرات النمو و حاصل الحنطة (Triticum Aestivum L. )‎

Abstract EN

An experiment was carried out in department of soil –Research- Office of agricultural research –AbuGhraib by using plastic pots, to study the impact of alternating irrigation by using fresh and saline water with spraying different levels of proline (0, 0.5, 1) g L-1, and its effect on some growth indicators of wheat, such as plant height, weight of 1000 seeds, production and plant content of N, P, K.

The experiment design was RCBD with three replicates.

The results revealed that the salinity stress affected plant growth and led to significant decrease in the average of studies growth indicators, and spraying the plants of wheat with increased concentrations of proline affected significantly on growth indicators of the plant.

The interaction between the two factors of the experiment was significant where the results showed that the spraying with proline led to increasing in plant tolerance to the negative impact of increased salinity, and the spraying treatment of 0.5 g L-1 of proline showed high excelled significantly comparing with other treatments.
