The topic of the article is related to the context of the role that the constitutional judiciary plays in guaranteeing rights and preserving the constitutional principles guaranteed to citizens, foremost of which is the principle of equality, as the latter is the most important constitutional principles that most constitutions have been keen to include and stipulate in an effort to provide it with special protection from abuse.

The importance of research is related to the principle of equality whenever it comes to its implementation between men and women, and in particular in the article of political rights.
