Ordinary cases of urgency are considered one of the most important what the legislator stated in Civil and Administrative Procedures Law, as it was stipulated in old Civil Procedures Law for cases of urgency by nature, in which the jurisdiction of the judge of administrative urgency does not meet unless the conditions and elements of urgency are met.

This condition constitutes a threat to the basic freedoms of individuals, which is what led the legislator to realize it in the new law, as he pertained some disputes with legal urgency procedures, which are represented in cases of urgency by a legal text, in which jurisdiction reverts to the judge of urgency by text of the law, and it does not consider the availability or ence of the urgency requirement.

Among these cases are the investigation measures stipulated in articles 940 and 941 of the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law.
