Abstract EN

This paper deals with the statement of some modern models and the impact of context on their understanding.

It also tackles some collected narratives and their impact on understanding the text.

This piece of paper presents the reasons for the statement of the noble hadith and the effect of that on the optimal understanding of the hadith text: specifying the general, limiting the absolute and clarifying the problem .

This study concludes that taking the legal provision from the text of the Prophet does not come in a correct way except after deep thinking and consideration of the context of the text, of the significance of the collection of his multiple narratives and knowledge of the reasons for their statement in order to understand properly the pure Sunnah .
