This research paper aims to understand the lexical errors and disturbances related to meaning (lexical semantic didordes) occuring in the verbal production in persons with aphasia disorder.

And to research the various cognitive, neurological, and linguistic interpretations of them to target them with effective treatment and rehabilitation, in order to improve the verbal expression of patient with aphasia because of its reflection on achieving independence, and inproving patients quality of life, Semantic lexical disturbances are the most prominent clinical features of word nce, and the point of all types of aphasia in addition to lexical disturbances related to form (phonological lexical disturbances), extensions, pauses, which together represent the complete form what is known lexical acces disorder
