Abstract EN

The present study aims to identify the reality of psychological security of customs workers in the city of Ouargla on a sample of (70) customs workers who were randomly selected from customs units in the wilaya of Ouargla.

The study relied on the descriptive correlational approach for its relevance to the subject of the study and by using Maslow's Psychological Security Scale, which was expressed by Abd al-Salam and others, which was confirmed by the psychometric characteristics (truthfulness and constancy).

The current study reached the following results: - The presence of a medium level of psychological security among customs workers in the city of Ouargla.

- There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological security of customs workers between females and males in favor of males- The existence of statistically significant differences in the level of psychological security of Jammazek workers due to the variable of professional seniority, in favor of those whose work period exceeds more than 10 years.
