This article aims to diagnose word deficiency disorder in Broca's aphasic by oral naming activity; we saw the clinical approach was best able to achieve the objectives of this study, The sample of our study included two aphasic cases type Broca, intentionally chosen; the search tool was based on the item of the oral name of the MTA 2000 test adapted to the Algerian environment.

The results of the study showed that these patients had difficulties with the oral naming of words and that the most important difficulties were the lack of the word because one of the symptoms was important, which was interpreted as disorder in terms of output phonological lexicon.
