The current study aimed at identifying the psychic experience of the abused university woman in her marital relationship, knowing her assessment of her marriage, the cause of violence, the extent to which she accepts or rejects this violence and the method of rejection.

The clinical approach was followed, with five cases studied using a half-guided interview and testing TAT.

The study found that the violent university wife evaluates her marriage negatively.

They also attribute the cause of violence to society's negative view of women and she rejects violence, but in her own way, whether by breaking up or justifying a man's behavior.
