This research paper aims to address a sensitive and somewhat critical subject represented in scientific plagiarism that targets the credibility of studies and academic research and is attributed to unaccomplished researchers, knowing that this phenomenon is endemic in Algeria, such as the rest of the Arcountry, but the paradox may lie in the adoption of certain methods We aim through this article to discuss the subject by clarifying two basic points, the first of which is related to scientific plagiarism by defining its conceptual framework, and by clarifying its forms or most important types, and the consequences of scientific theft, while presenting the most important methods and techniques (Programs) adopted to reduce them and commenting on the ministerial decision to prevent scientific theft.

As for the second point, which is to enrich the foregoing, it is to present the file on the ethics of the profession of higher education as a legal document accompanying and accompanying the scientific integrity likely to be violated by the act of theft.
