the purpose of this study is to present the traditional competence of the financial courts (the Court of account , the regional Courts of accounts ) represented in the function of Judgment of account, where we will address the persons and the departments of the State involved in this jurisdiction, as well as the financial procedure followed, and finally the modalities of appeal against the decisions and rulings rendered by these courts in the area Judgment of account .
