The public administration seeks to fulfill its mandate and discharge its duties, in order to satisfy and achieve both the public needs and benefit for society, through the authority, and it is unparalleled in private law which is considered one of the advantages of public law for the purpose of managing public facilities.

The administrative decision is the most important legal means in which the public administration expresses its will, and this decision is considered one of the most important topics of administrative law, which is characterized by flexibility and development that qualifies it to accommodate all developments in administrative life.

Developments in administrative life require law researchers to keep abreast of recent developments in the work of the administration.

This necessarily requires that the administration disclose its will through the passage of resolutions about administrative decisions using the same electronic means.

Therefore, we are trying through this research to address the most important issue in the electronic administrative decision, as well as the procedure for appealing.

Thus, it requires identifying the nature of the electronic administrative contract, the electronic administrative decision, the appeal of the electronic administrative decision in the face of individuals, and the administration together.
