Sociologists and educationalists stem and priorities.

It is doubtless that money and humans looked down as things come as first priority of the criminal when coming across with an individual, assassinating him to steal his money, sex merchants and drug dealers alike.

As for the person whose first value scale priority is honesty and uprightness cannot whatsoever permit himself to take other’s money deagree that crime is tightly connected to the person value syposited for saving sake.

Crime committing is the output of an individual internal conflict between his desires, likings and penchants and his moral, religious and social values.

The value that will prevail in society is certainly the dominating one.

This study gives an adequate description of the Algerian citizen value scale and to which extent he is predisposed or not to such a criminal conduct
