على الرغم من أن الإنترنت يعد منبعا للتواصل التعليمي و الاجتماعي بين الأشخاص، و أداة مسلية و ترفيهية لأطفالنا من خلال خلق القدرة على حل عدة مسائل باستعمال ألعابا إلكترونية و برامجا تثقيفية، توفر لهم فرصا للتعلم و لتبادل المعلومات و لاكتساب المهارات و الأفكار مع الرفقاء و الأصدقاء عبر الرسائل الفورية و الشبكات الاجتماعية و غيرها، إلا أن هؤلاء باتوا يواجهون -حاليا- مشاكل كبيرة لا حصر لها، ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام لهذه الشبكة بسبب غياب الرقابة المسبقة من قبل الأهل، و إلى ضعف دور المؤسسات و المراكز التعليمية و الأمنية حول لتحسيس و توعية بمخاطر الإنترنت و أثاره السلبية على نماء الطفل سيكولوجي و اجتماعيا.
-أن حوار الآباء مع أطفالهم ينبغي أن تطفو عليه سمات الأخلاق العالية و التربية الدينية اللازمة التي تسهم في إبعادهم عن الرذيلة، و توجيه سلوك الأبناء نحو الاستقامة حتى يصير الطفل رقيب على نفسه أثناء تصفح مواقع الإنترنت.
-جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على دور الأسرة و المؤسسات التعليمية و المراكز المتخصصة في حماية الطفل من مخاطر الإنترنت -حاليا و مستقبلا- -اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في عرض صور الإهمال و حجم الإيذاء الوجداني و الجسماني الذي يلاقيه الطفل سواء من قبل أفراد عائلته أو من مدرسيه بالمؤسسات التعليمية و المدربين بالمراكز التكوينية.

Although the Internet is a source of educational and social interpersonal communication and an entertaining and entertaining tool for our children.
by creating the ability to solve several issues using electronic games and educational programs, it provides them with opportunities to learn, to exchange information and to acquire skills and ideas with friends and colleagues via instant messaging, social networks, etc.
-However, these people are now facing countless big problems, resulting from the misuse of this network due to the lack of prior censorship by parents on the one hand, and the weak role of educational and security institutions to sensitize and educate the child about the dangers.
-This study is to shed light on the role of the family, educational institutions and specialized centers in protecting child from the dangers of the Internet.
-This study relied on the descriptive approach in presenting pictures of neglect and the size of emotional and physical abuse that a child experiences, whether by his family members or from his teachers in educational institutions and trainers in training centers.
