A combination of Nitrogen biofertilizer consist of Azospirillum lipoferum and Azotobacter chroococcum, phosphours biofertilizer consist from Bacillus megaterium and Glomus mosseae, in addation amixed combination of these tow biofertilizers were prepared vermicompost was imported from and locally.

A Factorial experiment with (RCBD) Ramdomzed complete block design were carriod out to evaluate the effect of interaction between these three types of biofertilizers combination, types of vermicompost and different levels (50% , 25% and zero% ) of chemical fertilization reeomindation on some growth parameters of patato Solanum tuberosum.

and on the concentration of some nutrients in plant, Results showed the superiority of mixed biofertilizer combination on plant height, Nitrogen concentration in leaves and tuber gave the values 76.47cm, 3.45% , 1.46% while the phosphorus biofertilizer combination was superiority in number of main steams, shoot dry weight and phosphours concentration in leaves and tubers and gave the values 5.76 steam plant-1, 4.74 Mg ha-1, 0.40% , and 0.32% respectively the vermicompost which prepared from imported earthworms showed the superiority in all plant parameters and yield and gave the values For plant height, number of mean stems per plant, shoot dry weight, nitrogen concentration on leaves and phosphorus concentration in leaves and nitrogen, phosphorus concentration in tuber as 74.84cm, 5.10 steam plant-1, 4.28 Mg ha-1, 3.11% , 0.34% , 1.40% and 0.31% respectively while the triple interaction was superior for all plant parameters and gave 83.33 cm, 9.37 stem plant-1, 6.40 mg ha-1, 4.33% , 0.48% 1.56% and 0.49% for plant height number of main steams, shoot dry weight, nitrogen concentration in leaves, phosphorus concentration in leaves and nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in tubers respectively and this triple in-teraction treatment was also gave significant superiority compare to the total chemical NPK fertilization for all stuided growth parameter.
