Since endowment real estate represents the most important areas in which it can be invested, given that most of the endowment properties in Algeria consist of real estate that can be exploited, the Algerian legislature has organized the conditions and methods for their exploitation by the investor who binds him with the authority in charge of endowments an administrative contract that grants him the right to usufruct without Ownership, pursuant to Decree No.

18-213 that regulated the method of utilizing endowment real estate, both built and unconstructed, with the exception of agricultural real estate subject to Executive Decree No.
