It has become necessary to talk about the importance of the media and communication tools within the approach of political, economic, cultural, social, local changes, at regional and international levels.

Here our speech is more modest, because it targets a specific and general educational dimensions, by providing a brief overview of the reality of the media landscape in the African continent generally and particularly in the South Africa.

Our objective is to attract the attention to some of the characteristics of our regional surroundings to its importance in building bonds of regional understanding and cooperation.
