Abstract EN

This study has dealt with the subject of privatization of economic public enterprises in the Algerian legal system, as privatization is considered an outlet for the national economy and a means to attract capital, and it also allows the activation of institutions by creating job positions, and this topic has been divided into two topics by addressing the concept of privatization of public economic institutions.

As well as embodying the privatization of public economic institutions, a problem has been raised that embodies how the privatization of economic public institutions contributes to achieving the desired goals as well as its implications for the national economy, as the aim of this study is to define the concepts related to the privatization of public economic institutions, their types, the elements of its success, as well as the most important knowledge The provisions of the repealed law and its comparison with the new law, and we have concluded that the Algerian legislator has established a legal framework regulating privatization in which national and foreign investors are encouraged to participate in the transfer of ownership and operation of public economic institutions from the public sector to the private sector.
