Virtual business incubators are the fourth generation of business incubator development in contemporary societies, their emergence has been associated with the proliferation of ICT applications and in line with the philosophy of distance learning platforms in providing education to learners wherever they are on the one hand and in line with the philosophy of quarantine and mandatory social spacing to prevent the recent Corona epidemic.

The current study aims to track the stages of the development of business incubators in general to the current stage associated with virtual communities in particular, where the virtualization has been reflected on the various functions and services provided by business incubators to their incubatees during the various stages of incubation from: training, mentoring, Network, funding, economic and legal consultations, with the presentation of two pioneering experiences of two Arab virtual business incubators active at the level of Arab societies in particular, namely the virtual business incubator Nejmy and virtual business incubator Alef Start Up.
