تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الظروف المهنية في توليد ضغوط العمل لدى الممرضين بمستشفي محمد بوضياف في ظل جائحة كورونا، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق أداة الاستبيان المكون من (24 عبارة ) على عينة عشوائية من الممرضين قدرت ب 30 ممرضا بمستشفي محمد بوضياف بأم البواقي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الظروف المهنية تساهم مساهمة كبيرة في توليد ضغوط العمل لدى الممرضين في ظل جائحة كورونا، و انطلاقا من هذه النتيجة خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاقتراحات.

Abstract EN
This study aims at study the challenges and difficulties in professional conditions that produces working stress to the nurses of the Mohamed boudhiaf hospital during the corrona virus pandemic covid – 19, and for this research to succeed the two researchers used the descriptif method and by using a questionnaire of 24 questions on a random sample of 30 nurses working in the hospital of Mohamed boudhiaf in oum el bouaghi.
The study concluded that imappropriete and difficult working conditions elevates working stress on nurses during the covid-19 pandemic, as a result the studies came out with the following.
